Corporate suppliers show appreciation to their delivery teams.

 

Complete Office Supplies and Winc Australia have recognised their delivery team members with an online ‘thank you’  to commemorate International Delivery Driver Appreciation Day.

 

The day is celebrated annually on 18  August and was first organised in 2023 by Asian food delivery company Hungry Panda to honour the essential workers who navigate traffic, weather, and tight schedules to bring packages, food, and vital supplies to doorsteps

 

According to COS: “Behind every box delivered is someone who shows up, lends a hand, knows our customers and goes the extra mile to make their day a little easier. And we regularly hear from customers about the difference our drivers make.”

 

“Your delivery driver Dim is a pleasure to deal with. He is always very prompt and friendly and deserves the recognition he gets.”

 

 “I love that I always have the same delivery guy, Tek. He makes sure deliveries are put exactly where I need them. He’s always friendly, polite and has a smile on his face. He even knows everyone in the office by name, such a nice touch!”

 

Winc issued a similar online tribute: “Well known for going out of their way to support our customers, we constantly receive feedback on just how great our Winc delivery drivers really are. Here’s just a few examples:
