With Winc on the auction block through its US private equity owners, it’s rather timely to hear Aussie-owned Complete Office Supplies touting its mergers and acquisitions credentials.
Fake news or not, COS could be a player for a slice of the Winc action as the co-CEOs Belinda and Amie Lyone are quoted as saying they are “big believers in the power of acquisitions”.
