Winc wins two customer service awards

Winc has won not one, but two gongs in the Australian Business Awards.
Winc has been recognised as an ABA100 Winner of The Australian Business Awards for Customer Service Excellence and Customer Experience Management in 2025.
The award for CX Management recognises organisations that have successfully implemented initiatives that demonstrate excellence in customer experience management.
“This award recognises the enormous effort that has gone into transforming customer experience at Winc,” Cara Pring, customer experience director at Winc (pictured), said
“Through our ‘Voice of the Customer’ program, we’ve created a culture where feedback drives action, and every part of the business is accountable for improvement,” she added.
