Stuart & Dunn golf day raises $40,000

Newcastle dealer on course to support Newcastle charities.
Stuart & Dunn Office Choice’s 4th annual Charity Golf Day has once again shown the 'power of community spirit', raising $40,000 for Reach Homeless Services in Newcastle.
Held on 19 September, the event surpassed its fundraising goal of $30,000, a target that would have funded breakfast packs for a full year. With $40,000 raised, the impact will stretch even further, enabling Reach Homeless Services to provide emergency grocery packs across the Newcastle community.
Since its inception, the Stuart & Dunn Charity Golf Day has raised almost $200,000 across four years for charities supporting people in need across Newcastle and the Hunter region.
“We are overwhelmed by the generosity of our players, sponsors, and supporters,” Elle James, head of marketing and sales systems at Stuart & Dunn ( and organiser of the Charity Golf Day), said. “Our community has once again stepped up to make a real difference.”
“None of this would be possible without our staff, we are able to achieve milestones like this because the engine room keeps running,” Stuart & Dunn co-owner Benn Kelly, added.
Stuart & Dunn was recently recognised with the Office Choice ‘Local Heroes’ award at this year’s OPIx conference for its support of local charities.
“Life is busy but never too busy to make a difference, and we truly believe this. Raise some funds, change people’s lives, and have some fun on the way through, why wouldn’t you,” co-owner Daniel Kelly, said.
