In a tradition that goes back centuries, British households are going in-store and online to add to their collection of royal memorabilia with the forthcoming coronation of King Charles III.

 

Guides to “the best King Charles III memorabilia” are already advising what souvenirs to buy, including commemorative coins, biscuit tins, tea towels, plates, mugs and, of course, stationery items.

 

The UK Houses of Parliament’s newly-released King Charles Coronation Collection features three products – the Coronation Crown Pen, Coronation Notebook and the unique Coronation Purple Quill Pen.

 

It’s estimated that Britons will spend more than $600 million on commemorative souvenirs prior to the King’s coronation on 6 May.
