Long-time CEO departs after 19 years at specialist distributor.

 

Specialist distributor Alloys has appointed a new CEO, with long-time boss Paul Harman (pictured right)  stepping down after 19 years.

 

Harman will be succeeded by Louis Mittoni (pictured left),  previously managing director of consulting firm Idea Zone. He has also held chief executive roles at Mittoni, Toys R Us Australia and Babies R Us Australia, Hobby Warehouse, as well as other positions at Timbecon and CSIRO.

 

Harman is credited with taking  Alloys from a print distributor to a multi-sector specialist with operations in every state.

 

He will now focus on his leadership coaching and consulting practice
