Development approval for coastal suburb site.

 

Officeworks has gained development approval for a new store in the coastal Perth suburb of Alkimos.

 

The trade supplies and bulky goods showroom proposal, worth $18 million,  will incorporate a Bunnings Warehouse in addition to the Officeworks outlet.

 

Officeworks has more than 170 stores nationally. The Alkimos store will be the retailer’s sixth outlet in Perth
