Seasoned business advisor is an ‘expert in culture mapping’.
Dealer group Office National has recruited experienced business advisor Kylie Sprott (pictured) as chairperson and non-executive director.
She succeeds David Spear, who resigned in June.

She currently holds board roles with RSPCA Queensland, Moffatt & Nichol, Mater, QFI, Intellect Labs, and WCIT’s Social Value Leadership Group in London.
According to her online profile, Sprott has specialist skills in business strategy, mergers and acquisitions, business transformation, technology, people, culture and change management.
“An expert in culture mapping, Kylie has conducted the due diligence and led the integration of over 30 organisations globally. She has worked in businesses varying in size from 100 to over 8000 people - both private and publicly listed,” the post stated.
The other directors of Office National (previously known as Office Brands) are David Loxton (Pencraft Office National), Alok Jain (Paperchase Office National) and Paul-Thomas Clarke (Coffs Coast Office National).
